     BE-ing Free…
        of constantly thinking is…
           what Meditation is preparing you
              to experience.

     It is in this practice
        that you first begin
           to become aware of
              the incessant chatter
                 that comes of Living in your head.

     Each time you meditate,
        you will begin to hold that space
           for longer and longer periods of time.

     It is in this meditative state
        that you first experience
           the thought-free state.

     As you begin to Free yourself
        from this noise,
           you will then begin to kNOW
              True Peace.

        The Way of the Heart Space.
